We briefly explain what information we receive from you, what we use it for, and how you can contact us if you want to make a change. No jargon.
What information we collect
We only receive what you send us: your name, email address, phone number, and a few lines about your space, its proportions, and what you want from your home. We don't collect anything else in the background.
How we use it
We read it ourselves, at the studio, so we can reply, prepare for a conversation, and later create plans, materials lists, and furniture selections. We don't sell your data or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages for as long as our conversation lasts and afterwards only for as long as required by accounting law. When we no longer need them, we delete them from our records.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you what information we hold about you, correct a mistake, or delete everything. We'll give you a clear answer and make the change without a lengthy back-and-forth.
