Renovation and interior design for homeowners in major cities

From our practice, we show homeowners in major cities how to choose stone, wood and light for a grounded home.

Selected materials

Oak, microcement, natural linen

We began this project with a desire to simplify the flow through the interior. In an apartment built during the modernist era, we removed unnecessary partitions to create a clear visual axis. The result is a space that breathes, where every object has its own clearly defined place.

Natural light is more than an accessory—it’s what sets the rhythm of your day. We chose matte finishes to absorb and softly reflect the sun’s rays, avoiding harsh glare. The white walls, with their subtly rough texture, give the space depth without making it feel visually crowded.

Solid oak furniture brings a welcome warmth to this minimalist setting. We designed each piece to serve multiple purposes, preserving the visual order you crave after a busy day.

Simplicity isn’t the absence of design, but the balance between function and emotion.

We selected the materials for the way they feel to the touch. Here are the key elements of this interior:

  • Microcement flooring: a seamless surface that visually unifies every room.
  • Linen fabrics: for curtains that filter the light with a warm softness.
  • Brass details: subtle accents that grow more beautiful with age.

Project M shows that a small home can offer a sense of spaciousness when its proportions are carefully considered. We set out to create an urban retreat where peace and quiet come first.
