For Bistro Origini, we started with the idea of genuine hospitality. We wanted to create a space that didn’t feel staged, but familiar from the very first visit. The design is built around authentic materials that develop a patina and tell a story.

We organized the interior flow around the central bar, made from hand-glazed terracotta. It serves as the visual and functional anchor. The tables are arranged to allow for both private conversations and a lively, shared experience.
Lighting plays a crucial role in shaping the evening atmosphere. We replaced bright general lighting with focused light sources that bring out the texture of the walls and the details on the tables. As the day draws to a close, the space grows warmer and more inviting.
