The story
We read the layout, light and rhythm of your home.
When we first visited the site, we knew that the architecture and interior design had to take their cues from the surrounding nature. We imagined the space as an extension of the forest, using a palette drawn directly from tree bark and the shades of the earth.

The living room is defined by its generous ceiling height and large windows that frame the outdoors like living paintings. We avoided excessive decoration so it wouldn’t compete with nature’s spectacle. The furniture sits low, keeping the view to the horizon unobstructed.
You’ll notice that we used natural stone not only for the flooring, but also to clad structural elements. Its solidity brings a sense of safety and permanence, anchoring the house to the land it stands on.

The contrast between exposed concrete and walnut creates an engaging dynamic. Concrete lends a sense of rigor, while the wood softens the atmosphere with its organic texture.
- Walnut: used for wall cladding and storage units.
- Raw wool: for rugs that bring acoustic comfort to the relaxation areas.
- Black steel: used discreetly in the staircase and lighting details.
At its heart, living is about an honest connection with the environment around you.
Every corner of the house was carefully considered to offer moments for reflection. We created reading nooks by the windows and generous spaces for gathering, all connected by the same coherent, honest visual language.
